  1. How do I reserve a spot in line for newly announced camera models?
    Most QSI 500 Series camera models are shipping today. Pre-orders for newly announced models will be delivered in the order received. To reserve your spot, select the camera model you're interested in, add it to your cart and then complete the checkout process. We will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped. Note that your credit card will not be charged.

  2. Do I need to provide a credit card? Yes. To reserve your space in line you are required to provide a valid payment method. Pre-orders will be filled in the order received. When your product is ready to be shipped you will be contacted to confirm that you wish to complete the order. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship and you have explicitely confirmed that you wish your order to completed.

  3. Will my credit card be charged?
    No. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped and you have explicitely confirmed that you wish your order to completed.

  4. What if I change my mind?
    You have a couple of options.

    Option 1: You can edit your order at any time by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. If you cancel your order you will lose your place in line. If you change from one camera model to another we will do our best to accommodate the change but we cannot guarantee your delivery date will not be affected.

    Option 2: Before we prepare your order for shipping, we will contact you to confirm that you wish to complete the order. If you then wish to complete the order, your card will be charged and we will ship your camera. If you decide not to complete your order at that time we will cancel your order and you will lose your place in line. You can then place a new order when you're ready to make a purchase.

    With either option, your card will not be charged and your order will not be shipped until we have contacted you to confirm that you wish to complete your order.

  5. Can I pre-order more than one camera?
    Yes, but orders for more than one camera may be shipped separately. If you place multiple orders for new QSI models, each order will be filled in the order it was received.
